UK Delivery

We process your orders as quickly as we possibly can but please allow 3-5 days. Orders are processed once payment is made.

EUROPE Delivery

We process your orders as quickly as we possibly can but please allow 5-7 days. Orders are processed once payment is made. Please note there may be customs tax & duties to be paid for orders placed oputside of the UK. The charges are the responsibility of the customer.

USA SHIPPING UPDATE

All orders are shipped from the UK. Delivery usually takes 7–14 working days, depending on customs and local delivery times.

Important update (from August 2025):
The US has changed its import rules — parcels under $800 are no longer automatically duty-free. This means:

  • All orders may now be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

  • These charges are set by US Customs and are paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link and updates if any payment is needed before your parcel is released.

We’ll always include all the correct customs information to help your order arrive as smoothly and quickly as possible 💌

REST OF WORLD Delivery

We process your orders as quickly as we possibly can but please allow 7-15 business days. Orders are processed once payment is made.

Customs

For countries outside of the UK, Customs Duty may be payable on your order – this is based on the value of your order and the Duty Threshold in your country of residence. We have no control over the Duty total and payment is the responsibility of the customer. If you require more information please contact your local customs office. 

Please note that due to customs and import regulations, we are unable to accept returns for refused duty payments. All purchases are made at the customers responsibility, so we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchases.
