Returns & Exchanges
If the goods you have bought don't fit you or you change your mind you are entitled to an exchange or a refund. We aim to process this as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your order.
Terms and Conditions for Exchanges/Refunds
If you need to return an item, you must send it back unworn and unwashed within 14 days of receiving your order. When trying on your purchase please ensure underwear is worn and no marking from makeup or staining from deodorants occurs.
Returns Shipping
We do not refund the cost of shipping on any return items unless the item is damaged, faulty or an administrative error has occurred on our behalf. This does not restrict your statutory rights to return faulty merchandise.
Faulty Items
It does sometimes happen! If you think you have a faulty item please contact us immediately at info@olraactivewear.com
We will email you back with options and remedy the best we can.
Sale Items: We do not accept returns on sale items, unless they are faulty and then we can offer an exchange.

The responsibility of the item remains with the customer until we have received the item and so recommend using a tracked service for returns. The costs of returning a non-faulty item is payable by the customer and are non-refundable.
Return for refund: Once the item is received we will process the refund. Please allow 5-10 working days for this to hit your account. Please include your order number.
Exchanges: Once the item is received at the warehouse we will process the exchange. Please include a note with order number & item (colour & size) you wish to exchange for.
Return for store credit: Once the item is received we will process the store credit.
Customs: Please note that due to customs and import regulations, we are unable to accept returns for refused duty payments. All purchases are made at the customers responsibility, so we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchases.
Please ensure all items meet with the above conditions to ensure your exchange or refund is processed smoothly. We reserve the right to decline refunds or exchanges on items deemed not to meet the conditions for resale.
