If the goods you have bought don't fit you or you change your mind you are entitled to an exchange or a refund. We aim to process this as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your order.

If you need to return an item, you must send it back unworn and unwashed within 14 days of receiving your order. When trying on your purchase please ensure underwear is worn and no marking from makeup or staining from deodorants occurs. Please visit our Olra Returns Portal
Returns Shipping
We not do refund the cost of shipping on any return items unless the item is damaged, faulty or an administrative error has occurred on our behalf. This does not restrict your statutory rights to return faulty merchandise.
Faulty Items
It does sometimes happen! If you think you have a faulty item please contact us immediately at info@olraactivewear.com
We will email you back with options and remedy the best we can.
Sale Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, unless they are faulty and then we can offer an exchange.

The responsibility of the item remains with the customer until we have received the item and so recommend using a tracked service for returns. The costs of returning a non-faulty item is payable by the customer and are non-refundable.

Customs: Please note that due to customs and import regulations, we are unable to accept returns for refused duty payments. All purchases are made at the customers responsibility, so we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchases.
